Defining Your Customer – Lean Startup Journey

In this video we talk about customer discover and how you can use it to define your target customer. This is a good lean startup task to go through because it helps you to understand who your early adopters are and most importantly figure out what customers you need to talk to. The goal here is to define your customer so you can learn about their problems. Then we’ll create a hypothesis and test it with a minimum viable product. But 1st we need to define who these customers are.
