Alright, so I’m going to start blogging a lot more on my personal website. So I usually – there’s a lot of things that I have opinions on, either in marketing, social media, SEO, crowdfunding, startup, culture and ideas. And usually when I have these ideas I write them down in my notebook or my computer with the intention of writing a blog post about this. But then I never get around to doing it mostly because I don’t really like writing that much.
So writing a blog post, having to write it out, proof it, post it, to me it’s a lot of work. So I’m going to start doing audio recordings, uploading them to SoundCloud, creating a post out of it on my blog josephholguin.com. And then I think I’m going to try to figure out a way to do some kind of voice transcriptions to break out the actual text just for SEO purposes mostly. And then if you want to read it you can read it. But I think I’m going to start doing a lot of my blog posts as audio. Just for me it’s a lot easier and maybe for people it would be easier for them just to listen to my blog post rather than reading it. So kind of just multitask in the car and stuff like that.
Yeah so this is going to be a little test that I’m going to start doing. I guess I’ll just record it with my iPhone or even maybe on my Mac and then like I said upload to SoundCloud and then try to figure out some type of voice transcription solution so I can embed the text and then post it to my blog.
So yes, I’m going to really talk about social media, SEO, maybe some web design stuff, crowdfunding since I’m launching Wusk which is a crowdfunding service for content creators and see how it goes.
